Madhav Infra Projects Ltd — Important, 23-04-2026: Company Update

Madhav Infra Projects has executed nine Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with Madhya Pradesh Power Management Company Limited. These agreements, aggregating 73.15 MW capacity, are for feeder-level solarization projects under the PM-KUSUM C Yojana. The company will generate and sell solar power to MPPMCL at an approved tariff ranging from Rs. 2.71 to Rs. 2.73 per unit. Each contract has a tenure of 25 years from its commissioning date, significantly expanding the company's renewable energy footprint and securing long-term revenue streams from these domestic projects.
