Mini Diamonds Board approved a 1:1 bonus share issue, meaning one free share for each held, pending shareholder approval. The company also plans to increase authorized capital from INR 30 Cr to INR 50 Cr. Post-bonus, paid-up capital will double to INR 47.14 Cr.
