Kranti Industries reported that Evolution Capital Advisory Services Private Limited did not exercise its option to convert 2.50 lakh convertible warrants. Out of 15 lakh warrants initially allotted to them, Evolution Capital had previously converted 12.50 lakh warrants into equity shares. Due to the non-conversion of the remaining warrants within the stipulated timeframe, the upfront payment of ₹0.50 Crore (50 Lakhs) received by the company for these lapsed warrants is now forfeited. This forfeiture, pending board approval, means the company retains these funds and avoids potential dilution from these specific warrants.
