VGINFOTECH's board approved allotting 12,43,432 convertible equity warrants at Rs 159 each, totaling Rs 19.77 Cr, to 7 promoters/promoter group entities. 25% (Rs 4.94 Cr) has been received upfront. These warrants can be converted into equity shares within 18 months.
