The company has announced that its Board of Directors has reconstituted three key committees. The Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee have been updated with new member compositions. Mr. Dineshsingh Kshatriya chairs all three committees. Mr. Alok Vaidya and Mr. Nirav Patel are members of the Audit and Nomination & Remuneration committees, while Mr. Alok Vaidya and Mr. Ashish Patel are members of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee. This move strengthens governance and oversight across critical operational and investor relations functions.
