Espire Hospitality has signed an agreement with Marriott International to develop the JW Marriott Kosi Kalan Resort & Spa in Mathura. This luxury resort, anticipated to open in January 2029, will feature 151 guestrooms and suites, including villas with private pools, across a 14-acre landscape. This strategic collaboration strengthens Espire Hospitality's luxury portfolio and is a key step in its expansion, aligning with plans to open 15 new hotels by FY-27. The project aims to boost regional tourism and economic activity.
