Avi Products India has significantly restructured its leadership and operations following a change in control. The board appointed six new directors, including Mr. Parthh K Mehta as Additional Executive Director and Chairman, and Mr. Ameya Tandulkar as Additional Executive Director, alongside four independent directors.
