TII is investing Rs. 75 Cr. in its subsidiary 3xper Innoventure for Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares. Mr. N Govindarajan also invested Rs. 25 Cr. in 3xper. This Rs. 100 Cr. capital injection aims to scale up 3xper's pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
