Cyient's board approved a ₹720 Cr share buy-back via tender offer at ₹1125 per share. FY26 DET Revenue grew 5.5% to ₹5,819 Cr, with PAT up 7.2% to ₹588 Cr. The company is exploring a fundraise for FY27 growth.
