Saffron Capital Advisors, manager for the Tulive Developers Limited delisting offer, announced its success. Acquirers Altis Properties and GKS Technology Park, along with Persons Acting in Concert, aimed to voluntarily delist the company from the stock exchange. Following the reverse book building process, the minimum required shares were tendered. This means the acquirer and promoter group's shareholding now exceeds 90% of total issued equity shares, making the delisting offer effective. Public shareholders will no longer be able to trade these shares on the BSE.
