UTI AMC reports FY26 consolidated AUM at ₹23.42 lakh Cr, up 11% YoY. MF AUM reached ₹3.88 lakh Cr. Core revenue grew 7% to ₹1,539 Cr, but normalised core PAT was ₹452 Cr, down 8%. The board proposed a ₹40/share dividend. Digital transactions and SIP AUM show strong growth.
