Hindustan Composites Board has approved its financial results for Q4 & FY26, reporting a consolidated net profit of ₹11.70 Cr (Q4) and ₹31.11 Cr (FY26). A dividend of ₹2/share was declared. The company also approved a capacity expansion plan for Railway Brake Blocks, investing ₹3.50 Cr.
