Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Ltd.'s US subsidiary, IKS Inc., will acquire 100% of TruBridge Inc. for up to USD 565 million. TruBridge, a healthcare IT and revenue cycle management provider with approximately USD 347 million in annual sales, is set to significantly expand IKS's market presence in the US. This strategic acquisition diversifies IKS into sticky SaaS EHR solutions, enabling an integrated EMR and care enablement platform. Funded by up to USD 670 million in debt from major banks, the deal is expected to substantially boost IKS's consolidated asset base and revenue streams, strengthening its technology-led healthcare services.
