HGINFRA has completed the sale of its wholly-owned subsidiary, H.G. Raipur Visakhapatnam OD-6 Private Limited, to Neo Infra Income Opportunities Fund for Rs. 282.24 Cr. The subsidiary, which contributed 329.10 Cr to FY25 revenue, is no longer part of the company.
