SPML Infra board approved a significant fundraising plan via preferential issue of equity shares (~₹12.91 Cr) & warrants (~₹177.43 Cr). Also, capex for BESS capacity expansion doubled from 2.5 GWh to 5 GWh, increasing to ₹238.43 Cr. Shareholders to vote on May 16, 2026.
