Lux Industries' board approved demerging Verticals A & C into two new listed firms, while Vertical B stays with LIL. AKT & KKT families will lead the new entities; PKT family retains LIL's leadership, following a family agreement. Two new subsidiaries (0.05 Cr each initial capital) and new brand licensing agreements were also approved.
