Organic Recycling Systems Ltd — Important, 24-04-2026: Company Update

Organic Recycling Systems' board approved standalone and consolidated financial results for the half-year and full financial year, and appointed Mr. Rahul Shetye as Head-Human Resources. The company is strategically expanding into integrated Agro Valorisation projects for Compressed Biogas (CBG) production and circular agri-resource management. An initial 200 Cr capital expenditure is planned for a CBG platform, part of a 1,000 Cr five-project plan, with the company committing 500 Cr. This initiative aims to diversify revenue, enter the clean energy sector, and meet environmental objectives. Additionally, preference shares for 26.21 Cr were redeemed, utilizing 38.08 Cr from warrant proceeds for this and general corporate needs.
