CHENNPETRO's board approved financial results for the quarter and year, showing full-year consolidated profit of ₹3,102.70 Cr (EPS ₹208.36). A final equity dividend of ₹54/share was declared (total FY26 ₹62/share). Preference dividend of ₹15.94 Cr and a significantly improved GRM of US$9.28/bbl were also noted.
