This strategic move involves an estimated total project investment of INR 1,000 Cr, with the company committing approximately INR 500 Cr, aiming to diversify into the high-growth clean energy sector. The Board also approved the standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the half-year and full financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company redeemed preference shares for 26.21 Cr and utilized 38.08 Cr in warrant proceeds for this and general corporate purposes.
