Hindustan Zinc's board meeting concluded, approving Q4 & FY26 consolidated results. FY26 Net Profit reached ₹13,832 Cr. The company declared an ₹11/share interim dividend (₹4,648 Cr total) for FY27. A strategic ₹278 Cr investment in a 530 MW renewable power project was also noted.
