Raghav Productivity Enhancers Limited — Board Meeting, 24-04-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

RPEL's board approved audited FY26 consolidated results: Total Income Rs 259.21 Cr, Net Profit Rs 54.80 Cr. A final dividend of Re 1/share was proposed. Major plant modifications adding 1,20,000 MTPA capacity for Rs 20 Cr were also greenlit, funded internally & operational by Oct 2026.
