De Neers Tools proposes to raise approx. Rs. 29.57 Cr via preferential issue of equity shares and convertible warrants for working capital and general corporate needs. Authorized capital will increase to Rs. 31 Cr. The board approved Ms. Savita Mahajan as Independent Director and Ms. Riya Aggarwal as Whole-time Director with a Rs. 2.50 lakh monthly basic salary.
