Vantage Knowledge Academy Ltd — Important, 24-04-2026: Company Update

Vantage Knowledge Academy has entered into an MOU with Veena College of Commerce and Science for academic collaboration on the Bachelor of Financial Markets (B.F.M.) Program. This partnership will combine the University of Mumbai’s academic framework with Vantage’s industry expertise. Vantage will undertake student outreach, provide qualified faculty, and deliver coaching for NISM certification modules. The collaboration includes a revenue-sharing arrangement and aligns with Vantage’s strategic objective to expand its footprint in higher education and strengthen industry-integrated learning opportunities for students in financial markets.
