Balrampur Chini Mills (BCML) announced a ₹160 Cr Lactogypsum Plant to convert PLA by-products into 7.6 Cr gypsum boards annually. The company will raise ₹450 Cr equity (43% promoter participation) and ₹200 Cr via NCDs. PLA project capex revised to ₹3,080 Cr.
