Wendt India's FY26 standalone sales hit Rs 206.52 Cr (down 3%), with PAT at Rs 22.75 Cr (down 41%) due to dispatch delays and higher costs. Consolidated sales were Rs 233.94 Cr (flat), but PAT fell to Rs 14.55 Cr (down 63%). A total dividend of Rs 30/share has been put forward.
