M&MFIN's board approved FY26 consolidated financial results, reporting a net profit of Rs. 2,854.53 Cr. A dividend of Rs. 7.50/share (375%) was declared. The company will also evaluate a merger with its subsidiary, Mahindra Rural Housing Finance Ltd. A Rs. 2,996.16 Cr rights issue was completed this year.
