Hindustan Zinc (HZL) announced its Q4 and full-year financial results. The company declared a first interim dividend of Rs. 11 per equity share, totaling Rs. 4648 Cr. HZL also appointed M/s M S K A & Associates LLP as its new Statutory Auditors for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval.
