Bhansali Engineering Polymers' board approved strong financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, with consolidated profit at ₹51.60 Cr (Q4) and ₹180.16 Cr (FY). A final dividend of Re. 1/share was put forward, bringing the total FY payout to ₹4/share. Capacity expansion to 100,000 TPA remains on schedule for Q2 FY27 commissioning.
