Reliance Group reported robust financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. For the full year, consolidated revenue grew 9.8% to ₹11.76 lakh crore, EBITDA increased 13.4% to ₹2.08 lakh crore, and PAT rose 17.8% to ₹95,754 crore, with consumer businesses contributing over 55% of EBITDA.
Digital Services (Jio Platforms) showed strong growth, now serving over 524 million subscribers, including 268 million 5G users, benefiting from network leadership and AirFiber expansion. JioHotstar achieved 550 million monthly active users, setting new records with sports events. Retail expanded significantly, opening 333 new stores this quarter, reaching 20,160 total, and saw hyper-local commerce orders surge 300%+ YoY. FMCG revenues doubled, making Campa India's 4th largest carbonated soft drink brand and expanding its international footprint and brand portfolio through acquisitions.
The Oil-to-Chemicals (O2C) business maintained strong performance through operational agility despite volatile energy markets and geopolitical pressures. The Oil and Gas segment focused on optimal well management. In New Energy, the company is rapidly commissioning Giga-scale solar PV and battery manufacturing and progressing on the Kutch renewable energy project. The Group's strong balance sheet and earnings visibility position it well amidst global macro headwinds like the Middle East conflict and rupee depreciation.
