Axis Bank Limited — Board Meeting, 25-04-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

Axis Bank's board approved a Rs 1/share final dividend for FY26. They also plan to raise up to Rs 35,000 Cr via debt and Rs 20,000 Cr via equity (QIP/ADR/GDR). Both require shareholder nod.
