The India Cements Limited — Board Meeting, 25-04-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

India Cements' Board approved full-year consolidated results: Revenue rose to 4,484.69 Cr. Net loss narrowed significantly to 67.25 Cr (vs 143.69 Cr last year), with EPS improving to (2.17). The Board also approved divestment of ICML and PT Adcoal stakes and amalgamation of four subsidiaries.
