HMA Agro Industries' Board approved key leadership changes: Mr. Gulzar Ahmad appointed as Chairperson & MD, two new Executive Directors, and an Independent Director re-appointed. The company will also divest two wholly-owned subsidiaries and shift its registered office to NCT of Delhi.
