SBFC Finance Limited — Board Meeting, 25-04-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

SBFC Finance's board approved boosting borrowing capacity from ₹10,000 Cr to ₹16,000 Cr and plans to raise ₹4,000 Cr via NCDs, pending shareholder nod. They also appointed Ms. Akruti Mashkaria as Head-Internal Audit. FY26 annual results adoption is set for the AGM.
