SBFC Finance Limited — Board Meeting, 25-04-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

SBFC Finance Board approved hiking borrowing limits from ₹10,000 Cr to ₹16,000 Cr and issuing NCDs up to ₹4,000 Cr. Both require shareholder approval at the AGM on July 14. Ms. Akruti Mashkaria was appointed Head-Internal Audit.
