Axis Bank's board approved its subsidiary Axis Finance Limited's (AFL) preferential share issue to Kedaara investors for ~Rs 750 Cr. This reduces Axis Bank's stake in AFL from 100% to 94.92%, with Axis Bank remaining its promoter.
