Axis Bank's board has approved re-appointments. N. S. Vishwanathan will continue as Independent Director for four years and Non-Executive Chairman for three years. P. N. Prasad is re-appointed as Independent Director for four years. All await shareholder approval, Chairman also needs RBI nod.
