IDFC FIRST Bank's Board approved 3.5 crore employee stock options to reward talent. Mr. Pankaj Singh has been appointed as the new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective April 27, 2026. He replaces Mr. Adrian Andrade, who transitions to strategic projects.
