UCO Bank — Dividend/Bonus, 25-04-2026: Dividend

UCO Bank's board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 0.44 per equity share for FY26. This payout is pending shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Separately, the bank's financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, were approved.

Further, the board greenlit a plan to raise equity capital of Rs. 2,700 crore by issuing 270 crore new shares. Additionally, up to Rs. 5,000 crore will be raised through BASEL III bonds in FY27. Both capital raising initiatives await shareholder approval, aiming to strengthen the bank's capital base.
