Kiran Vyapar Ltd — Important, 25-04-2026: Company Update

Kiran Vyapar's step-down subsidiary, Sukhday Greenview Private Limited, has been dissolved and ceased to exist following a sanctioned merger. Sukhday Greenview merged with Maharaja Shree Umaid Mills Limited, a promoter group company. As a result, IOTA Mtech Power LLP, another step-down subsidiary of Kiran Vyapar, received new shares in Maharaja Shree Umaid Mills Limited as consideration. Sukhday Greenview contributed Rs. 0.44 Cr to Kiran Vyapar's turnover and Rs. 0.44 Cr to its net worth as of March 31, 2025, which were minimal percentages. This move simplifies the corporate structure.
