Kiran Vyapar Ltd — Important, 25-04-2026: Company Update

Kiran Vyapar Limited's step-down subsidiary, Sukhday Greenview Private Limited, has ceased to exist following its merger with Maharaja Shree Umaid Mills Limited, a Promoter Group Company, as per an NCLT approved scheme. Sukhday Greenview contributed 0.44 Cr to turnover, (0.07) Cr to income, and 0.44 Cr to net worth for Kiran Vyapar's group as of March 2025, representing a minor portion of the overall financials. In exchange for its shares in Sukhday Greenview, another step-down subsidiary, IOTA Mtech Power LLP, will receive 170 equity shares of Rs. 10 each in Maharaja Shree Umaid Mills Limited for every 25 preference shares of Rs. 100 each it held. IOTA Mtech Power LLP continues as a step-down subsidiary, simplifying the group structure.
