Avantel's Board appointed two new independent directors, Dr. Tamilmani Kandasamy (aerospace/defence) and Mr. Lakshminarasimha Acharyulu Muktevi (corporate management). The Board also reconfigured key committees and appointed new statutory, cost, and internal auditors, pending shareholder approval for statutory auditors.
