Brigade Enterprises forged a 50:50 JV with GSS India Opportunities AIF. They'll develop a prime 11.04-acre Whitefield, Bangalore, land parcel into an integrated mixed-use project. This includes ~2 million sq ft of Grade A office space and a 5-star hotel, funded by cash.
