Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited — Updates, 27-04-2026: General Updates

MRPL is forming a Joint Venture Company with ONGC and OPaL for integrated petrochemicals marketing. MRPL will invest Rs. 12.5 Cr in equity. The JVC aims to enhance synergy, reduce costs, and boost revenue through improved operations and specialty grade production.
