Affordable Robotic's board approved subsidiary ARAPL Raas raising up to ₹48 Cr. This reduces ARAPL's stake to 42.5%, turning it into an associate. They also okayed a ₹50 Cr interest-free loan from promoters and ₹100 Cr support for ARAPL Raas, pending shareholder EGM approval.
