Mahindra Holidays & Resorts (MHRIL) delivered a strong FY26 performance. Standalone revenue climbed 4% to Rs 1,613 Cr, while EBITDA jumped 21% to Rs 592.8 Cr and PAT rose 22% to Rs 240.6 Cr (figures exclude one-off impacts). Consolidated revenue increased 7% to Rs 3,116 Cr, with EBITDA up 12% to Rs 741 Cr (excluding one-offs). Notably, reported consolidated PAT was impacted by a significant Rs 233.7 Cr impairment charge for a Mauritius entity.

Resort operations were a key growth engine, with revenue up 12% to Rs 443 Cr and high occupancy of 84.4%. While new member additions decreased, the average unit realization surged 77%, signaling premiumization.

MHRIL is strategically expanding its network, adding ~900 gross keys, launching 7 new resorts, and expanding 5 existing ones. Development has begun on 5 more resorts. The new "KEYSTONE" premium membership offers exclusive access. The company sees robust opportunities in India's leisure hospitality market, projected to reach $4 billion by FY30.
