AU Small Finance Bank approved audited Q4 & FY26 results and a Re. 1/share dividend. Gaurav Jain appointed CFO. The bank also enabled resolutions to raise up to ₹7,500 Cr via equity and ₹6,000 Cr via debt instruments, pending shareholder nod.
