This investment involves subscribing to 26.5% of RGPOPL's equity share capital. RGPOPL is developing an 8.5 MW AC / 12 MWp DC solar power project in Rajasthan. The investment, made in two tranches (0.93 Cr and 2.17 Cr), is crucial for Shree Krishna Paper Mills to secure long-term power supply from the solar project as a captive user, ensuring compliance with relevant electricity regulations and supporting its operational energy needs.
