Empower India Limited's Board approved significant leadership changes. Mr. Rajesh Chavan, previously a Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as the new Managing Director for a five-year term and also assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer. These appointments aim to bolster the company's financial management, strengthen its governance framework, and support its long-term growth strategy, while also ensuring compliance with key managerial personnel requirements. Additionally, M/s. Nagadheep Sathyanarayana and Co., Chartered Accountants, were appointed as the new Statutory Auditors, filling a vacancy left by the resignation of the previous auditors.
