JMG Corporation Ltd — Important, 27-04-2026: Company Update

JMG Corporation's Board has reconstituted its leadership following a successful company takeover. Neerav Bairagi was appointed Managing Director (subject to shareholder approval), with Maya Bairagi, Rahul Singh Jadaun, and Yashasvi Prateek joining as additional directors. Manprakash Verma became the new CFO. Several previous directors and key managerial personnel, including the former Chairman and MD, have resigned as a result of the takeover.
