Motherson's Board approved acquiring the remaining 49% stake in Vacuform for INR 25.3 Cr, making it a wholly-owned auto parts subsidiary. Vacuform, an automotive vacuum forming and blow moulded parts maker, had FY26 turnover of INR 114.56 Cr. This secures full operational control.
